Egg Donation Options in the USA:
Different Egg Donations options in the USA have different costs associated with them. Typical are summarized in the Table Below. Actual costs for IVF vary significantly by the IVF Clinic. Keep in mind that even top-rated clinics that have similar excellent fertility rates may have wide variation in costs in the USA.

The Overseas Surrogacy services to be provided by Agency, include but are not limited to, the following:
- Advertising and locating prospective surrogates,
- Screening and interviewing prospective surrogates,
- Presenting intended parents with possible surrogate matches
- Psychological testing on surrogate,
- Coordination of medical and legal services,
- Arranging for accommodations, food, childcare, transportation for surrogate,

Paying the following
- IVF physician
- OB/GYN fees,
- Surrogate fees,
- Fees for food, childcare, and accommodations for your surrogate,
- Fees associated with the birth certificate for your baby/babies.
Clients will pay Agency a flat fee of $39,000.00 for the services provided under this agreement. This fee applies to the Intended parent providing frozen Embryos to transfer to the surrogate, delivered to the IVF Center This fee can either be paid upfront or in the following manner:
- 100 at submitting application form and agreement.
- $13,000 at start of surrogate selection process to cover surrogate selection, testing, etc.
- Egg donor fees (if an egg donor is needed) are covered under a separate agreement.
- $13,000 at time of the embryo transfer.
- $13,000 at the beginning of the sixth month of pregnancy.
If ultrasound shows twins or triplets, additional surrogacy fees will be $4,000 per extra child carried.
Any medical costs beyond normal pregnancy and delivery will be billed to client. This may include:

Any special pre-pregnancy testing and screening requested by Intended Parents beyond normal evaluations of surrogates will be billed and are payable by Intended Parents.
Any fees charged by the surrogacy Center Overseas not included in the above. These are identified in the Surrogacy Agreement provided to you by the IVF Center. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the surrogacy agreement Client signs with Overseas IVF Center will take precedence.
Legal fees, visa fees, travel costs, etc. will be paid by the recipient as incurred directly to the person providing such services.
DNA testing costs to confirm paternity of Baby and Passport filing fees to bring Baby back to the USA are determined by and paid directly to the USA Embassy. These are not included in this cost estimate.
Late payments carry interest charges of 1.5% per month.
