Global surrogacy has shifted dramatically in the past decade.
Countries that were once open have now imposed restrictions to protect women and families — making expert guidance essential.
At Surrogacy4All, we support only licensed, ethical, and medically supervised international surrogacy programs.
Surrogacy in India
India was once the world’s surrogacy capital — but since 2021, commercial surrogacy is restricted to Indian citizens only.
Foreign intended parents can no longer participate, though Indian nationals abroad may qualify under certain conditions.
We continue to work with our medical partner Dr. Rudolph (Ruma IVF) to support Indian citizens ethically within government-approved frameworks.
Surrogacy in Georgia
Georgia remains a strong option for heterosexual married couples.
- Cost: ~$65,000–$75,000
- Legal protection for intended parents
- Strong clinic infrastructure
However, recent legal changes require at least one genetic parent and exclude single or same-sex parents.
Surrogacy in Ukraine
Ukraine’s surrogacy programs are currently limited due to the war, but clinics in Kyiv and Lviv continue to assist local citizens and previously contracted clients.
Surrogacy4All does not currently recruit new clients there, but we assist families finalizing pre-war contracts.
Ethical and Safety Considerations
Many low-cost surrogacy markets compromise on:
- Informed consent
- Health screening
- Legal documentation
We reject any partnership that doesn’t meet Surrogacy4All’s global ethical code — safety, transparency, and respect above all.
