Dr. Rashmi Gulati, MD, is the Medical Advisor to Surrogacy4All and is also the Medical Director of Patients Medical, providing state-of-the-art health care aimed at nurturing the whole patient.

As a leading internist and pathologist in Manhattan’s Midtown East neighborhood, Dr. Gulati offers a broad array of medical treatments and care to help patients lead healthier, more balanced lives, including chelation therapy, medical weight loss, hormonal balancing with bioidentical hormones, anti-aging therapy, vitamin therapy, and treatments for menopause, fertility issues, adrenal fatigue, and thyroid disorders, as well as care for cardiac and circulatory issues.

Dr. Gulati completed her residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph Medical Center in Chicago and Orlando Regional Medical Center in Florida. She has over 20 years of experience as a Practicing Physician in the USA with a focus on infertility and reproductive issues. She has medical privileges at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Manhattan.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Gulati enjoys meditation, healthy eating, and daily exercise, as well as spending time with her husband and children. She welcomes new patients to her Manhattan practice.

Dr. Rashmi Gulati, MD, MBBS, MD (Pathology) is an internationally recognized physician in Integrative and Reproductive Medicine with more than 30 years of clinical experience. She is Medical Director of Patients Medical, NYC; faculty at the New York University School of Medicine; and holds medical privileges at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Her expertise spans endocrinology, immunology, environmental medicine, and fertility, with a special focus on women over 40 and 50 seeking pregnancy through both natural and assisted means. 
 

A long-time member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Dr. Gulati is known for integrating systems biology and compassionate, individualized care.

Mr. Dee Gulati, MS, MBA

Dee has over 20 years of experience in managing medical practices. He has been Practice Director of Patients Medical since 2004, and for the Egg Donor and Surrogacy practice since 2006.

He completed his B. Tech from IIT Madras. He earned his MS in Engineering from University of California at Berkeley. He also obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago.

He has been managing medical practices including Patients Medical (www.PatientsMedical.com ), www.Surrogacy4All.com and www.indianeggdonors.com since 2004. He has personally managed these practices which have serviced over 15,000 patients and gets extraordinary joy and happiness every time a baby is born through egg donation and surrogacy.

Dr. Emine Cosar, MD 
Physician – Gynecologist, Reproductive Medicine Specialist

Dr. Emine Cosar, MD has over 20 years of medical experience as a Gynecologist. She trained at the prestigious Istanbul University, Istanbul School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Marmara School of Medicine.

She has a special interest in Reproductive Medicine and worked 3 years at Yale Reproductive Medicine as a visiting scholar.

Dr. Cosar brings a wealth of clinical experience to the table. At Patients Medical she currently provides all routine Gynecology services including annual Gyn checkups, Ultrasounds, Pap smears, etc. and supports holistic and integrative gynecology modules. These modalities include Wellness and Preventative medicine and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). Reeta Rehman  Director of Operations | Surrogacy4All & Egg Donors4All / Indian Egg Donors

Reeta Rehman serves as the Director of Operations at Surrogacy4All and Egg Donors4All, overseeing the day-to-day management of their surrogacy and egg donation programs. With extensive management experience, Reeta leads operations with a strong focus on organization, compliance, team coordination, and client care.

She works closely with Intended Parents, Gestational Carriers, Egg Donors, and IVF clinic partners to ensure every journey is handled with professionalism, transparency, and compassion. Reeta is known for implementing structured processes, improving communication across teams, and maintaining high standards throughout each stage of the reproductive process.

Her leadership is centered on creating a supportive, ethical environment while delivering a seamless experience for families pursuing parenthood.

Hi! My name is Reeta and I have been working at Surrogacy4all since 2021. 

I had a long and successful career in Business Management. Afterward, I decided to switch to the Animal Hospital world. I became the practice manager of an Animal Hospital.

In 2021, an opportunity was offered to me to work for Surrogacy4all and IndianEggDonors, and I decided to pursue this career. It brings me extraordinary joy to help intended parents fulfill their dreams.
I have many hobbies I enjoy in my free time. These include spending time with family, traveling, event planning, listening to music, fashion, reading, and needlepoint. The family includes both furry and human babies.

Dr. Sarwat Nuryien, MBBS
Physician – Donor Coordinator

As an Egg Donor Coordinator, my role involves overseeing the entire egg donation process, from the initial consultation to the retrieval and transfer of eggs. I collaborate with other medical professionals. Together, we ensure that the egg donation cycle is conducted in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

I have a background in Medicine, having completed Medical School and gained experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics for over 3+ years. I have undergone training which has provided me with the necessary knowledge and skills to treat different gynecological and obstetrical conditions. These include infertility, menstrual disorders, and complications related to pregnancy.

As an Egg Donor Coordinator, I use my medical knowledge and people skills. I provide comprehensive support and guidance to intended parents and egg donors throughout the egg donation process.

I am enthusiastic about helping couples. My goal is to help them realize their dream of having a family. I also strive to provide a positive and empowering experience for egg donors.

Dr. Pooja Patel, MD

Manager –  Surrogacy4All

Dr. Pooja Patel is currently based in India and serves as the Manager of Surrogacy4All, where she leads the surrogacy department and oversees the Indian subsidiary, Family Creation4All Consultancy. She manages international surrogacy cases across the USA, Canada, Africa, and India. 

With over 10 years of experience in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Patel brings strong medical expertise and clinical insight to every surrogacy journey. A MBBS graduate of Seth G.S. Medical College & K.E.M. Hospital, she completed her residency at Grant Government Medical College & JJ Group of Hospitals and further pursued a Fellowship in Embryology.

In addition to her clinical background, Dr. Patel’s experience includes work with leading pharmaceutical and IT organizations on global drug safety, pharmacovigilance, and medico-marketing projects.

Dr. Patel has successfully managed and completed numerous surrogacy journeys. She oversees the full coordination of each case, ensuring seamless communication between fertility clinics, legal teams, escrow agencies, international intended parents, and surrogates. She carefully monitors medical milestones, reviews screening reports, coordinates travel and documentation, and ensures strict adherence to ethical and legal standards across jurisdictions.

Her leadership, medical knowledge, and compassionate approach provide reassurance and confidence to both surrogates and intended parents throughout the entire journey.

Dr. Veera Saghar, MBBS 
Physician – Donor Coordinator

As an Egg Donor Coordinator, she plays a critical role in our company. Her background as a medical graduate from ISRA UNIVERSITY in Pakistan provides us with a solid foundation in the medical sciences. She has seven years of clinical experience practicing in the USA. This has given her firsthand experience when collaborating with patients and their families.

She is responsible for managing the process of egg donation from start to finish. We identify and screen potential egg donors.

We coordinate the necessary medical and psychological evaluations. We coordinate the timing of the egg retrieval process. She also works closely with the IVF clinics to ensure that the Egg Donation process is conducted safely and effectively.

Her qualifications for this role in reproductive medicine are ideal. She has extensive training and experience in the medical field.

Additionally, her diligence and empathy set her apart from other candidates. She plays an essential role in helping couples and individuals fulfill their dream of starting a family. Her knowledge and guidance during the egg donation process are invaluable.

Henna Sharma, MS 
Manager – Surrogacy Services

Henna Sharma is a graduate of UMDNJ’s master’s in biomedical sciences program in Newark, NJ. She worked in the research field for Colgate-Palmolive from 2012-2017. She gained experience at the University at Buffalo and UMDNJ campuses.

This gave her exposure to patients and research experience. This knowledge has helped her in the field. She has authored a thesis in 2018 and presented her work in oral health at the American Dental Education Association meeting in Los Angeles, CA.

 In 2019 after graduating from her master’s program in NJ, the opportunity to work at IndianEggDonors and Surrogacy4All was presented. It has been a growing experience for her to learn about the world of assisted reproductive technology. She enjoys being a shoulder to lean on for every intended parent she could come across. Her hobbies include dancing, event management, and spending time with her family and friends, along with her two pups.

Dr. Kulsoom Baloch, MBBS, MPH, MSHCM Senior Coordinator, Egg Donor Program

Dr. Kulsoom Baloch is a dedicated and accomplished egg donor coordinator at Indian Egg Donors, combining clinical expertise, public health insight, and research leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Ziauddin University in Karachi, Pakistan, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Hofstra University in New York, where she graduated with academic distinction and received the Academic Excellence Award. In recognition of her scholarly contributions and commitment to public health, Dr. Baloch was also elected as an honorary member of the Delta Omega Society, a prestigious national public health honor society. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MSHCM) to further enhance her leadership and operational expertise in healthcare delivery.

With three years of clinical experience in leading hospitals in Karachi, Dr. Baloch brings hands-on patient care expertise to reproductive medicine. Dr. Baloch is also an active researcher, focusing on oncology, urology, and public health. She has co-authored peer-reviewed systematic reviews indexed on PubMed and published in Cureus, and are also available on platforms such as Semantic Scholar and ResearchGate.

At Indian Egg Donors / Egg Donors 4 All, Dr. Baloch oversees the full donor journey from recruitment and screening to medical evaluation and coordination with IVF clinics. She also manages the Guaranteed Embryo Creation Program in Europe, a comprehensive initiative designed to optimize success rates for intended parents. In this role, Dr. Baloch coordinates every aspect of the program, including donor selection, IVF clinic collaboration, embryo creation planning, and monitoring outcomes. Her leadership ensures that the process is seamless, transparent, and guided by best clinical practices, while providing personalized support to both donors and intended parents throughout the journey.

Dr. Kulsoom Baloch, MBBS, MPH 
Coordinator, Egg Donor Program

Dr. Kulsoom Baloch is a dedicated donor coordinator at Egg Donors, leveraging her extensive background in medicine and public health. She holds an MBBS from Ziauddin University, Pakistan, and an MPH from Hofstra University, New York. With three years of clinical experience at prominent hospitals in Karachi, Pakistan, Dr. Baloch has honed her skills in patient care and medical research.

As an active researcher, Dr. Baloch has significantly contributed to the field with her studies. Her research spans topics such as diabetes prevalence, the impact of environmental factors like bisphenol-A on cancer risks, and innovative educational approaches in clinical medicine. Her recent achievement includes co-authoring the systematic literature review titled & Clinical Presentation, Tumor Characteristics and Management of Intradiverticular Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Urinary Bladder: A Systematic Review,& which was recently published in PubMed. This highlights her commitment to enhancing clinical practices and patient outcomes through evidence-based research.

In her role at Egg Donors, Dr. Baloch oversees the meticulous process of recruiting, profiling, and evaluating egg donors. She collaborates closely with IVF clinics and donors to ensure a seamless and supportive journey through the egg retrieval process. Known for her empathetic approach and dedication to patient well-being, Dr. Baloch ensures that each donor receives personalized care and support.

Dr. Deepa Chokkan, MBBS, MD

Client Coordinator

Dr. Deepa Chokkan, MBBS, MD (Anatomy), PGDFM, is a family physician and medical educator with 9 years of teaching experience and 8 years of clinical practice. She completed her MD in Anatomy at JIPMER, Pondicherry, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine from CMC Vellore.

Her academic interests include clinical anatomy, family medicine education, preventive medicine, and community-based healthcare. She has been actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, clinical mentoring, health education programs, and public health outreach. Dr. Deepa is committed to evidence-based practice, ethical medicine, and interdisciplinary medical education.

Surrogacy and Egg Donation Coordinator

As a Surrogacy and Egg Donation Coordinator, she plays an integral role in guiding families through their reproductive journeys. She graduated from a major university in Guangzhou, China, where she built a strong academic foundation that supports her professional expertise.

 

With four years of experience as a coordinator, she has developed comprehensive knowledge of both surrogacy and egg donation processes. She works closely with IVF clinics, surrogate candidates, and egg donors to ensure that every stage of the journey is carefully managed and smoothly executed. From screening and matching to medical coordination and ongoing case monitoring, she oversees each step with precision and dedication.

 

She has extensive experience supporting intended parents from China, providing clear communication, cultural understanding, and continuous guidance throughout the process. Her attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to excellence make her a trusted advocate for families pursuing their dreams of parenthood.

Carmella Lee, BA Psych

Surrogate Intake Coordinator

Carmella has her BA in psychology, and a background in social services, where she supported women, children, families, and older adults through case management and resource coordination. She is also a former gestational carrier, giving her firsthand understanding of the surrogacy journey.

 

Her combined professional and personal experience allows her to connect deeply with potential surrogates and provide compassionate, informed guidance. She is passionate about ensuring every surrogate feels supported, valued, and confident throughout the process, and is honored to be part of helping families grow.

 

When she’s not working, Carmella loves spending time with her children and embracing the meaningful privilege of homeschooling them. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and expressing her creativity through art, fashion, music, and dance. She feels most like herself when she’s outdoors — whether rollerblading, biking, hiking, playing tennis, or simply taking long walks and soaking up the sun. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and caring for animals, and values the balance that comes from staying active and connected to nature. Above all, she treasures quality time with her family and friends, and believes these connections are at the heart of a meaningful life. These personal passions deepen her appreciation for family and strengthen the compassion she brings to supporting surrogates on their journeys.
