Before you start

Check the basic requirements above. If you are unsure about a specific situation — tubes tied, a prior C-section, medication, breastfeeding — our eligibility guide answers the questions we are asked most; you can still apply and we will review.

    What happens next

    1. Within a week, a coordinator calls you (30–40 minutes) to go through your answers.
    2. With your consent we request your prenatal and delivery records; our Medical Director reviews them.
    3. Within two to four weeks of receiving records we tell you whether you can proceed. If not, we tell you why and whether a re-application later makes sense.
    4. Screening: one clinic visit (bloodwork, infectious-disease testing, uterine ultrasound) and a psychological evaluation by video including your partner.
    5. Matching, typically within 1–3 months of clearance; then contract, escrow and the transfer cycle.

    Your Privacy

Your application is used only to assess your eligibility and, with your consent, to obtain records and present you to intended parents. It is not shared outside Surrogacy4All and the clinicians and attorneys in your journey.
